Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED Works program eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery including high-speed stamping presses and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnose issues using blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
