Flexcon in Elkton, KY is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for Friday-Sunday 6pm-6am with a 20% shift differential. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment in the production facility.

We require 2–5 years of experience with drives, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical systems; familiarity with web handling, coating equipment, ovens, oxidizers and HVAC is a plus. Read blueprints and schematics; follow OSHA safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Technical school education in Electro-Mechanical maintenance or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience with drives, controls, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems; experience with web handling, coating equipment, ovens, oxidizers and HVAC equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret schematics and drawings.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and plan maintenance for electrical and electronic equipment in the facility.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to complete tasks.
• Operate multi-meter; work with AC/DC drives and Allen Bradley equipment; troubleshoot drives and PLCs.
• Move and install machinery; perform preventative maintenance and replace worn parts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA).
