WITRON is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot automated systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high performance. The role emphasizes hands-on repair work, CMMS documentation, and a strong safety culture in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will work with conveyors, cranes, hoists, and control systems, performing planned maintenance and addressing unplanned faults while adhering to 5S principles and site safety standards.

Formación

• 1–2 years minimum experience as Electromechanical Technician.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing automated systems (e.g., conveyors, cranes, hoists).
• Skilled in mechanical repairs and use of hand/power tools.
• Familiarity with AC/DC systems and electrical measuring tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret symbols.
• Knowledge of drive technology and control systems.
• Basic understanding of PLC logic.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights with PPE.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform unplanned and reactive electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Execute planned maintenance work orders per policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Monitor system performance and operational status.
• Document maintenance activities accurately in CMMS.
• Provide non-technical support to equipment operators.
• Replace and set up electrical and mechanical components.
• Ensure proper use of tools and spare parts.
• Keep workspace clean and organized per 5S principles.
• Be accountable for audit results and downtime minimization.
• Assist during commissioning stages with project teams for live systems.
