Job summary

WITRON is hiring an Electromechanical Technician in New Jersey to maintain automated systems, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support operators. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and 5S organization in daily CMMS-driven tasks.

You will work with conveyors, cranes, and other automated equipment, requiring hands-on skills with tools and a proactive, team-oriented approach to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience as an Electromechanical Technician.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing automated systems (conveyors, cranes, hoists).
• Familiarity with AC/DC systems and drive technology.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform unplanned and reactive electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Execute planned maintenance work orders per policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately in CMMS and keep workspace organized.
