Job summary

Alcon in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an Associate III, Electromechanical Technical Support – OEE to support electromechanical systems in a manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, test, assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain equipment, partnering with Process Engineering, Team Leaders, and site leadership to improve equipment performance and site OEE.

You will lead technical projects, develop SOPs and documentation, create training materials, and mentor Electro-Mechanics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Onsite location in Johns Creek, GA.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, assemble, install, calibrate, repair, and upgrade electromechanical equipment.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and support maintenance strategies.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
• Create training materials and mentor Electro-Mechanics.
• Lead technical projects focused on process upgrades and continuous improvement.
