Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Fluently read, write, and communicate in English.
• Onsite role with standard Monday–Friday hours; some night shift coverage possible.

Responsibilities

• Design, schedule, deliver, and track technical training.
• Develop train-the-trainer programs and qualify area trainers.
• Create training materials and assessments for SOPs and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations, and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and new training methods.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and SOPs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
