ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electromechanical Systems Tech II for a leading manufacturing client in West Chester, PA. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electromechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting system installations.

Ideal candidates hold a 2-year technical degree and have 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical maintenance.
• 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and motor circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Flexibility to work all shifts in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment condition, troubleshoot failures, and perform repairs following standard procedures.
• Resolve machine issues and implement reliability improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain equipment standards in accordance with hardware and software installation manuals.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize machine utilization and minimize scrap.
• Support new system installations, participate in R&D projects, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
