Our client is looking for a 2nd Shift Electrical Motor Repair Technician Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex motor issues
• Evaluate work orders, diagnose and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment
• Disassemble and inspect equipment, replace worn parts, reassemble units and conduct final performance tests
• Repair and test industrial electromechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure electromechanical equipment repairs and services are completed according to company quality standards
• Supervise a team of motor technicians and provide feedback for reviews
• Provide on-the-job training as needed
