Integration International Inc. is seeking a hands-on Reliability Test Technician in Round Lake, IL for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM). The role involves electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing of electromechanical medical devices.

You will set up test equipment, monitor reliability tests and document results. Responsibilities include performing test-to-failure activities, assisting in failure analysis and reporting, and supporting design improvements based on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of testing, lab or related technical experience.
• Strong ability to identify mechanical and electrical abnormalities.
• Hands-on with instrumentation, data acquisition and test equipment.
• Familiar with micrometers, calipers, force gauges and dial indicators.
• Reading and interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform reliability testing per engineering requirements.
• Set up, operate, monitor electrical, mechanical, and electronic test equipment.
• Conduct destructive testing and teardown analysis.
• Support product failure analysis and design improvements.
• Document test configs and prepare detailed reports.
• Communicate findings to engineers and management; uphold safety.
