The ideal candidate will read schematics, perform precise rework, and work with test equipment to verify prototype functionality in a full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of electronics assembly, R&D, or lab experience.
• Advanced soldering and electronic rework skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, modify, test, and repair electromechanical prototypes.
• Perform precision soldering and desoldering of through‑hole, SMT, and fine‑pitch parts.
• Build and modify cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and test fixtures.
• Support engineering with prototype builds and verification testing.
• Troubleshoot systems using schematics and lab equipment.
• Conduct electrical rework and component replacement as needed.
• Verify functionality with lab instruments and documentation.
