Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Process Engineer for precision electromechanical production. You will help re-engineer and optimise high-mix, low-volume manufacturing from a design perspective, ensuring robust testing and reliable assembly of motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.

You will collaborate across NPI, NPD, Production, manufacturing and assembly to refine, improve and rethink products and processes, delivering lean improvements and quality-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in production engineering for electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience with motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D and Ishikawa.

Responsibilities

• Refine, improve and rethink products and processes in a precision electromechanical context.
• Collaborate across NPI, NPD, Production, manufacturing and assembly to optimise designs and manufacturing flows.
