Job summary
Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Process Engineer for precision electromechanical production. You will help re-engineer and optimise high-mix, low-volume manufacturing from a design perspective, ensuring robust testing and reliable assembly of motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.
You will collaborate across NPI, NPD, Production, manufacturing and assembly to refine, improve and rethink products and processes, delivering lean improvements and quality-focused outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in production engineering for electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience with motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D and Ishikawa.

Job description
Production Process Engineer required to help re engineer and optimise precision high mix and low volume manufacturing from a design perspective. Complete product requires comprehensive testing, including RF, faultfinding, rework as needed, and skilled electro mechanical assembly.
You will work across NPI, NPD, Production, manufacturing and assembly to refine, improve and rethink products and processes.
Production engineering, manufacturing support or process engineering experience of electromechanical assemblies including motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.
Mechanical and electrical manufacturing process experience.
Lean manufacturing and quality tool exposure to FMEA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.
