Cox Manufacturing in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join a full-time, weekday schedule. The role involves reactive and preventive maintenance on production machinery, plus equipment rebuilds to extend lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reactive Maintenance:Troubleshoots and repairs electromechanical systems on production machinery to minimize downtime.

• Preventive Maintenance:Executes planned preventive maintenance on schedule and with precision to extend equipment life.

• Equipment Rebuilds:Rebuilds used and existing equipment to restore functionality and extend operational life, supporting cost-effective capital investment.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven hands‑on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proven working knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems

• Proven ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Proven track record of methodical problem diagnosis, rather than parts-swapping
