Job summary

Cox Manufacturing is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Texas. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an hourly pay of $35–$40.

You will troubleshoot and repair electromechanical production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and rebuild equipment as needed. Candidates should have hands-on experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven working knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Proven track record of methodical problem diagnosis, rather than parts‑swapping

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs electromechanical systems on production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Executes planned preventive maintenance on schedule and with precision to extend equipment life.
• Rebuilds used and existing equipment to restore functionality and extend operational life, supporting cost-effective capital investment.
