Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete a written technical skills evaluation and pass the STM assessment.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Consistent attendance and reliable work performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics and perform repairs.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Interpret ladder diagrams, schematics, and controls.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic valves and controls.
• Use a wide variety of equipment and tools proficiently.

Skills

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes

Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Strong safety awareness and documentation skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Forklift operation capability

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology
