KI, a leading supplier of award-winning furniture solutions, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd Shift. 2nd Shift employees receive a $2.00/hour shift differential, with a $1.00/hour raise within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant manufacturing equipment, requiring strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines based on computer-generated reports.
• Order parts and materials needed for repairs, equipment building, and inventory management.
• Read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, ladder logic, hydraulic schematics, etc.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including machine files, work orders, PM sheets, logs, electrical prints, panel files, and equipment layouts.
• Collaborate with Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers, and Tool & Die team on new equipment installations.
• Mentor and train Electromechanical Maintenance Apprentices.
• Operate all assembly production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain communication across shifts to ensure smooth information flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Journeyman Electrician with Mechanical Maintenance experience.
• Welding experience is a plus.

• Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to work any shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Work in a smoke-free environment.
• Activities include standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), twisting, and bending.
• Willing to assist in different plant areas as needed.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
• Overtime may be required during busy periods.
