Starting Wage: $28.00/hour - $32.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 8:00pm or 9:00am - 7:00pm

Typical Day In The Role

The Mechanical Technician Team plays a vital role in the success of the Inland team with a variety of tasks including:

• Respond to emergency requests for repairs/replacements.
• Read electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and identify the operation of the system
• Inspect, install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
• Ensure safety compliance and advise on safe operation procedures
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Understanding of open and closed loop controls and drive systems
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and excellent problem-solving skills
