Job summary

Prysmian, a global leader in energy and telecommunications cables, is hiring an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for the Claremont Fiber Plant. You will set up, troubleshoot, repair, and test complex equipment including motor control centers and automated systems, with focus on reliable maintenance and safety.

The role includes 12-hour day or night shifts, a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, and training on days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, or Mechanical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, install, troubleshoot, repair and test complex mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production and building equipment.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the plant and adhere to company policies.
• Assist in determining proper installation and repair procedures.
