Job summary

Ricoh Electronics, Inc. is seeking a 12-hour day shift Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support production at the Lawrenceville facility, working a rotating 12-hour schedule from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to keep production lines running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 3 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, knowledge of PLC/relay systems, and experience with hydraulic and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• 3 years electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC and relay systems; hydraulic and pneumatic repair skills including knowledge of A/C inverters and variable frequency drives.
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
• Good English communication skills: read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Model the safety-first behaviors to ensure a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process; perform tests and fault isolation.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble and/or rebuild equipment per plans, manuals, or drawings; perform routine maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance following the prescribed maintenance schedule.
• Maintain logs of malfunctions and repairs.
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers to support operations.
