DOC Services, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair light industrial equipment at big box retailers within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel about 2.5 weeks per month.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and use hand and power tools to repair machines, delivering strong customer service. The role offers a flexible schedule, a company vehicle, and year-round steady work as part of a nationwide service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
