Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in the United States seeks a skilled Electromechanical Design Engineer to lead cross-functional NPD projects, design sub-assemblies and systems using CREO, and create robust test fixtures. Qualifications

• Experience developing new products for industrial markets.
• Up to 5 years of electromechanical design experience.
• Proficiency with CREO/PDM; other 3D CAD OK.
• Cross-functional project management in manufacturing.
• BSME/BSET or equivalent; or AAS with 10+ years.
• GD&T tolerance analysis experience.
• Engineering calculations for force and dynamics.
• Design for CNC, casting, sheet metal, plastics.
• Strong communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs in fast-paced environment for high-tech industries.
• Electromechanical design of sub-assemblies and systems.
• Lead cross-functional NPD projects.
• Create designs from concept to prototype to production using CREO.
• Design and build test fixtures; perform testing and data analysis.
• Manage Bills of Materials and Engineering Changes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics.
• Interact with external customers to specifications and verify objectives.
