Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production Assembler to build high-quality products at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements. The role reports to Sr. Production Supervisor and operates onsite with a focus on precision, safety, and efficient documentation.

The successful candidate will assemble parts, use a variety of hand and power tools, and maintain necessary records. This entry-level position requires a high school diploma and some electromechanical experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of electromechanical assembly or related experience.
• Requires the use of ESD equipment and ESD safety shoes, and safety glasses and hearing protection according to the work being performed.
• Requires ability to operate a wide variety of small hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions ensuring the proper parts, components, revisions of parts, and documentation are included.
• Safely use small hand and power tools.
• Ensure the completion and maintenance of all required paperwork, records, documentation, reject tickets reporting, etc.
• Follow and comply with all safety and housekeeping rules and regulations.
