SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will assemble products and components per procedures, read engineering drawings, and use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to meet quality standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, production efficiency, and workplace safety, with a 7:00 am to 3:30 pm shift and a pay rate of $20 to $25 per hour. You will document production results and collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to construct products according to specifications.
• Read, interpret, and follow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, work orders, and standardized work procedures.
• Inspect and prepare components for assembly, ensuring all materials meet required quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and measurements to verify the accuracy, quality, and functionality of assembled products.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Follow standardized assembly procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and product quality.
• Participate in product testing and quality inspections to verify functionality and performance.
• Safely handle, organize, and store materials, components, tools, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities completed, quality results, and deviations from specifications.
• Meet established production schedules and daily output targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, workplace policies, and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
