Kform in Sterling, VA is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Team Supervisor to guide a crew building complex mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical products for mission‑critical applications. You’ll set priorities, coach the team, and dive into builds—ensuring everything is assembled safely, correctly, on time, and to spec.

You’ll mentor technicians on craftsmanship, process compliance, and documentation, while driving inspections and tests and coordinating with Engineering and Quality

Formación

• 5+ years in mechanical/electronics/electromechanical assembly or similar hands‑on manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading, supervising, training, or coordinating assembly personnel.
• Fluent with mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, diagrams, BOMs, work instructions, travelers, and specs.
• Deep experience with hand/power/torque tools, precision measurement, and manufacturing equipment.
• Background with quality systems; familiarity with AS9100 or equivalent standards.

Responsabilidades

• Sequence work against production schedules and material status.
• Assemble, integrate, inspect, and test mechanical hardware and systems.
• Translate drawings and specs into task lists for the team.
• Mentor technicians on workmanship, tool use, torque control, safety, and compliance.
• Lead inspections for configuration, dimensions, and workmanship; drive checks.
• Drive functional testing, troubleshooting, rework, and repair per procedures.
• Log nonconformances and work with Engineering and Quality on corrective actions.
• Maintain travelers, labor entries, material usage, serial numbers, and test data.
• Support prototypes and NPI; harden methods for repeatable production.
