Job summary

KFORM Defense in Sterling, Virginia, seeks an Electromechanical Assembly Team Supervisor to lead Level I/II technicians building complex electromechanical products for mission-critical applications. You will set priorities, coach the team, and ensure builds are safe, correct, on time, and to spec.

You will translate drawings, inspect wiring, harnesses, enclosures, and full system integration, mentor on torque control and process compliance, track materials and labor, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in mechanical/electronics/electromechanical assembly in a hands-on environment.
• 2+ years leading, supervising, or coordinating assembly personnel.
• Fluent with mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Experience with quality systems and adherence to process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift planning: sequence work to match schedules and skill sets.
• Assemble, inspect, and test mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical products.
• Mentor technicians on tool use, torque control, safety, and process compliance.
• Verify tools, materials, fixtures, and documented processes in production.
• Lead in-process and final inspections for configuration and workmanship.
• Drive troubleshooting, rework, and repair per approved procedures.
