Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a production manufacturing environment with tools and safety protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds; bend, stoop, and squat.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles.
• Assemble components and test mechanical/electromechanical products according to engineering specifications and support continuous improvement on the line.
