Job description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assemblers to support various assembly lines within our client’s manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in producing high-quality, custom power solutions that meet customer requirements across multiple industries, including healthcare, data centers, education, government, and commercial construction. The Electromechanical Assembler is a key contributor to our client’s mission of delivering durable, accurate, and innovative products while supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations according to work instructions, process sheets, and SOPs
  • Assemble electromechanical components using hand tools and power tools
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
  • Safely operate machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
  • Accurately record production data, material usage, and scrap amounts
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with safety requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet production goals
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and driving resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts
  • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on an intermittent basis
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
  • Must adhere to all PPE and safety requirements
Additional Qualifications
  • Technical secondary education preferred
  • Basic computer skills with accurate data entry experience
  • Ability to perform simple math for interpreting process sheets, SOPs, tally sheets, and tracking materials
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams preferred
  • Proficient use of hand tools and power tools
  • Good hand dexterity and grip strength
  • Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
  • Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • High personal integrity and ethical standards
