Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions to accurately assemble products.
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and power tools.
• Apply gluing and sealing techniques using compounds like Loctite, epoxy, and RTV.
• Handle various sizes of materials, from heavy parts to small intricate ones.
• Perform soldering and assembly of various parts to VW transducers.
• Conduct quality testing and inspection to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and report product defects to appropriate personnel.
• Rework and repair assembled products according to engineering specification changes.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Handle ESD sensitive materials and equipment.
