Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong wiring and soldering skills; IPC certification a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Familiarity with basic assembly tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level soldering and crimping on connectors, cables, and circuit boards.
• Assist with functional testing of assemblies using basic test equipment.
• Assemble and electromechanical components per drawings with minimal supervision.
• Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and document work.
• Maintain workstation to 5S and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior assemblers to resolve issues.
