Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a high-volume manufacturing environment in Houston, TX. You will assemble portable power distribution boxes, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and use hand and power tools safely.

This role requires reading English work instructions, standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and overtime as needed. The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with potential benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read measurements and follow detailed instructions.
• Experience with electrical wiring, panel building, transformers, or power-distribution equipment is a plus.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of material.
• Install wiring, hardware, panels, and other components.
• Perform basic quality inspections and identify assembly defects.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
