Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Manufacturing team. You will assemble, integrate, and test complex EW systems, write work instructions, and build fixtures to support new configurations.

You'll lead prototype builds, ensure IPC workmanship standards, and train technicians while collaborating across engineering and production. U.S. Person per export control is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or high-reliability industries.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate EW hardware to IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.
• Author, redline, and maintain work instructions and routings in MES, ensuring first article through rate production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EW hardware and test equipment down to component, connector, and cable levels.
• Meticulously document test results and issues.
• Design and build tooling and fixtures for assembly, handling, and testing.
• Use precision measuring instruments and RF test equipment to ensure component specs.
• Lead new product introduction and prototype builds, feeding manufacturability feedback to engineering.
• Train technicians and support transitions of new configurations into production.
• Investigate and resolve nonconformances for continuous improvement.
