Every day, we develop advanced energy management and propulsion technologies, create cutting-edge materials and manufacturing processes, and curate world-class cabin experiences that redefine what it means to drive a Ford.

You will be leading the analysis, simulation and measurement of high frequency signals generated in LV & HV power electronic systems. Responsible for developing and implementing cost effective solutions such as passive filters, chokes, resistive snubbers, to attenuate high frequency interaction in inverter, motor and HV cabling. Optimize capacitor layout and busbar design.

This is a hybrid position, but you must be onsite 3 days per week.
