Job summary

HSAGP ENERGY in Kingston, GA seeks a Mechanical Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of battery production equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

You will collaborate with maintenance, controls, production, and process teams to minimize downtime, maximize uptime, and optimize production efficiency. As this is a 24/7 facility, on-call support may be required in various circumstances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in maintenance of high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot / devise effective solutions to address challenges in equipment including emergency repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the new or modified production equipment installation & setup.
• Analyze the equipment issues and develop corrective actions.
• Establish / perform preventive maintenance plan including regular overhaul.
