Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or production engineering.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop a team of production engineers.
• Own electrode manufacturing processes (mixing, coating, drying, pressing, slitting).
• Provide daily engineering support to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Drive RCA and implement CAPA actions.
• Support production ramp-up to hit yield, throughput, and efficiency targets.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce scrap and cycle time.
• Use DOE, SPC, and Six Sigma to improve process performance.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Technology, Equipment, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Support new product introductions and process changes.
