Job summary

You will perform acceptance testing, diagnose faults, and support engineering in corrective actions while ensuring safe handling of materials and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work from engineering drawings, schematics and performance specifications.
• Experience manufacturing of complex electro-mechanical subassemblies and systems.
• Proficiency with basic electrical test equipment and mechanical measuring instruments.
• May need to wear a company-provided respirator in some functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical or opto-mechanical assembly, disassembly, or modification of production hardware or customer-owned systems per drawings and quality standards.
• Perform acceptance inspection to ensure compliance with drawing and contractual requirements.
• Conduct assembly-level acceptance testing per approved procedures.
• Accomplish basic diagnostic and fault isolation.
• Assist Engineering in failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Repair customer-owned product in a repair environment from failure reports or repair manuals.
• Responsible for safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
