Job summary

Anduril Industries in Massachusetts is seeking an Assembly Technician to build and inspect advanced electro-optical systems for defense applications. You will assemble, align, and troubleshoot complex sub-assemblies, following detailed work instructions and production schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in precision electro-mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and SOPs.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and test electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Follow manufacturing work instructions and production schedules with accuracy.
• Document inspection records and NCRs in real time.
• Set up and use metrology equipment and torque tools safely.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Optical, and Quality Engineers to improve processes.
