Qualifications

• Four or more years of related experience in electro-optical or opto-mechanical roles.
• Ability to assemble, align and test complex components with tight tolerances.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and using hand tools safely.
• Experience with optics handling and soldering; IPC610 familiarity is a plus.
• US Citizenship or Protected Status is required to meet program requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, test and configure optical, electronic and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot electro-optical and opto-mechanical sub-assemblies and systems.
• Follow released procedures, drawings, schematics and wiring tables.
• Perform in-process and final inspections; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Record data and support training of co-workers at multiple workstations.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance of production equipment.
