Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Camarillo, CA, is hiring a Warehouse & Assembly Associate to support warehouse, assembly, testing, and production activities. The role requires flexibility to move across departments and maintain accurate inventory records.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will perform electro-mechanical assembly, use hand tools, and follow work instructions and drawings to ensure product

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management strongly preferred.
• Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, move, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
• Perform kit pulls, shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability for production.
• Process incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Prepare and process outgoing customer shipments using shipping software and internal systems.
• Accurately enter inventory and shipping transactions into ERP systems.
