Ideal applicants have experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, basic electrical or soldering skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, or soldering experience a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components, wire harnesses, and subassemblies.
• Route wiring, install hoses and fittings, and perform system assembly.
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
