Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Product Test Technician 1 to repair complex electro-mechanical assemblies and support failure analysis. You will document findings and participate in investigational teams, communicating with leads and other departments to ensure accurate status updates.

The role requires 0-1 years in assembly/manufacturing or STEM training, ability to follow instructions, and strong attention to detail. HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training; and/or on the job training
• 0-1 years related experience in assembly/manufacturing or STEM field
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Proficient use of computers and associated programs
• Ability to interpret written instructions

Responsibilities

• Performs repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies per applicable work Instructions.
• Aids with failure analysis and Final Test of assemblies and properly documents findings.
• Participates in investigational teams for FRU's to provide input if required.
• Communicates status of repairs with leads/supervisors and other departments as necessary.
• Adheres to GDP guidelines when completing all documentation Initiates material requests.
• Reports quality issues and provides details necessary to create quality notification (VR, PL).
• Tracks all productive and non-productive time in SPIN.
• Completes ESD shoe check daily and follow ESD protocols at the workstation.
• Follows all corporate, safety, SOP, DOP procedures and regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly workstation meeting all 6S standards
• Maintains 6S standard of community work areas
• Maintains an excellent Attendance record
• Ability to work varying shifts
• Ability to work in a team environment
