Responsibilities

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• 1. Performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of electro-mechanical systems, including PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three phase control wiring systems.
• 2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical drive systems, ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts, pulleys, and other related components.
• 3. Diagnosing and rectifying issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• 4. Ensuring the proper functioning of various sensors used in our production lines.
• 5. Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes and procedures.
• 6. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
