Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing organization in Richmond Hill, GA. You will support production and engineering teams, performing electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings, and hands-on knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
  • Hands-on electrical troubleshooting with motors, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
  • Knowledge of automation components such as VFDs, proximity sensors, and control panels.
  • Strong safety awareness; familiarity with OSHA standards and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for production and assembly machinery to ensure safe, reliable operation.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Support new equipment installations and partner with Engineering and Operations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies and manage spare parts accuracy.
  • Create detailed repair manuals and conduct troubleshooting for equipment failures.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $60000 - $80000

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift

What's the Job?
  • Provide first-line technical support for all production and assembly machinery, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Support new equipment installations and partner with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies, control equipment downtime, and manage spare parts accuracy.
  • Create detailed repair manuals, conduct troubleshooting for equipment failures, and support departmental training needs.
