Job summary

Cactus Companies seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support assembly, troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems used in shop, laboratories, field support, and production environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on electro-mechanical experience preferred.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Experience in oil/gas, pressure control, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical controls, mechanical systems, hydraulics, or PLCs.
• Welding/fabrication or equipment retrofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair motors, sensors, relays, control circuits, actuators, and hydraulic components.
• Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of shop, lab, and field equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support uptime and reliability.
• Fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical components as required.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide repairs.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
