WITRON Logistik + Informatik GmbH in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for the 2nd shift to maintain a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will focus on safety, maximize system performance, and perform electrical and mechanical tasks across drives and controls. The role offers shift differentials and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in industrial tech or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant electrical/mechanical experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with drive technology electrics/mechanics (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of PLC/controls/inverters and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated material handling systems.
• Improve system performance and minimize downtime through preventive maintenance.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Assist production with basic fault correction and coaching.
• Assist in installing new components or refurbishing existing components.

Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician ready to take on the challenge of maintaininga state-of-the-artautomated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center? We are looking for a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety, thrives on maximizing system performance, and excels in both electrical and mechanical tasks.

Pay ranges between $30.90 - $35.00 per hour

WITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts on top of the base pay and performance-based bonus opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication.

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will:

• Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
• Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.
• Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assistthe production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
• Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
• Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical rolerequired, five (5) years plus preferred.
• Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
• Understanding ofwiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
• Proficiencywith computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary systemmonitoringprograms.
• Experiencemaintainingmaterial handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
• Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
