Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5-8 years of relative experience.
• Solder certification to repair cables and harnesses (1-2 years).
• 1-2 years experience with troubleshooting and fault isolation using test equipment.
• 1-2 years experience with operation of general purpose/automated test equipment.
• 1-2 years experience with industrial standards, military specifications, and industry processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials.
• Ability to mix and weigh chemicals.
• Ability to properly safety wire assemblies and connectors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Completes work according to engineering drawings, schematics, and procedures.
• Documents work in automated maintenance data collection systems.
• Provides technical feedback to promote reliability improvements.
• Works with hazardous materials using PPE as required.
• Performs limited supply duties (load/unload trucks) and operates overhead hoists.
