Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two year technical degree in Maintenance related area such as Maintenance Technical/Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Electronics technology or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain factory equipment, identify defects, execute maintenance plans, and troubleshoot across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Build operator capability by coaching adjustments and improvements to processes and changeovers.
• Utilize CMMS (AMM) to document maintenance activities, create work orders, and analyze data to improve plans.
