Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a multi-skilled electromechanical technician to maintain and repair equipment across food production and packaging lines. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support TPM initiatives to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include servicing complex equipment, managing work orders in SAP/AMM or Prometheus, and coaching operators. This role requires safety compliance and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance and electrical/controls experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance and repair of complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical control systems, motor starters, VFDs, drives, motors and mechanical assemblies.
• Service and repair production and packaging equipment including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves and gearboxes.
• Create and close work orders in SAP/AMM or Prometheus; maintain TPM practices.
• Provide technical training to operators to ensure autonomy.
• Follow safety permits, LOTO and OSHA/GMP requirements while performing tasks.
