Job summary
Acushnet Company in Massachusetts is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Specialist to join our golf ball manufacturing operations. You will independently troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
You will collaborate with Engineering to adapt equipment for evolving production needs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications
- Formal training in AC/DC circuits and basic PLC functionality.
- Experience with instrumentation, controls, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, electrical/hydraulic schematics, and using measuring tools and tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and calibrate electromechanical devices.
- Collaborate with Engineering to design or adapt equipment for evolving production needs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and minimize downtime.
