Medifast is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician I to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment in standard conditions, minimize downtime, and ensure EHS and QA compliance. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, changeovers, and spare parts management daily.

You may participate in small projects to install, implement, and commission new equipment. Strong reading of drawings, CMMS use, and ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance practices.
• Basic understanding of utility equipment (air compressors, HVAC, electrical power distribution).
• Familiarity with EHS and quality regulations.
• CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot blending and high-speed packaging lines; mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and document in CMMS/MES.
• Assist in developing SOPs or work instructions.
• Enter metrics and technical details in MES and Daily Accountability Board.
