Job summary

Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install and maintain plant support systems and process machinery. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance while providing feedback to improve performance and reliability across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems).
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards.
• Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance.
